- Ensure that the app has been updated to the latest version. Older versions may have compatibility issues.
- Check if the TV system needs to be updated to support the control functions of the app.
- It might be that the control permissions of the TV are not set correctly in the app. Log in to the app again and check the permission settings.
Question 3: When the app is connected to Wi-Fi to control the TV, it responds slowly or gets stuck. How to solve it?
- Check the network bandwidth. Heavy usage of the network by other devices might cause lag. Pause the heavy traffic usage of other devices.
- Clear the memory of the mobile phone and the cache of the TV to release system resources.
